Social Programmer/Coordinator

Role

As the Social Media Programmer/Coordinator for the Auburn University Women’s Hockey Club, I managed the team’s social presence across Instagram and X (Twitter), covering games in real time and keeping fans connected throughout the season. I grew the club’s social media reach by collaborating with various hockey organizations, achieving over 20k+ engagements on a single post and expanding the team’s visibility within the collegiate hockey community. I led a full refresh of the club’s digital marketing strategy through creative storytelling, player features, and interactive campaigns. My work included producing original multimedia graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, coordinating content with the media team, and driving successful initiatives like “Pink the Rink,” which surpassed its $5K fundraising goal.

I helped lead and direct the “Pink The Rink” campaign. Created inviting graphics and directed creativity of campaign. Through my effective social and creative strategy, the team was able to exceed our fundraising goal of $5k.
